Product Description

Sodium Naphthalene formaldehyde sulphonate Water Reducing Agent is a synthetic powder based on beta-sulphonate formaldehyde condensate and reactive polymer.
It has the properties of high range water reduction, set retarding and excellent strengthening.

Santochem has many scope of additives for concrete, daily use, cement, mainly including MHEC, HPS, RDP, PCE, Defoamer, Fibers and so on.

Product Characteristics

1. This product is non-toxic, non-combustible, stable in form, and has no corrosion effect on steel bars;  

2, gas content 2.5-4.0%, conducive to pumping construction;  

3, sodium sulfate content ≤18%, low alkali content, will not cause alkali aggregate reaction;  

4, water reduction rate 12-20%, can increase the flow of the mix, concrete slump reached 15-20cm;  60min loss ≤20mm, suitable for continuous pouring of large volume concrete in hot season, reduce hydration heat release, reduce the temperature stress of concrete, avoid the generation of temperature difference cracks;  

5, increase the compactness of concrete, reduce shrinkage, improve the durability of concrete, extend the service life of concrete.

Mainly Application

A. Used for and widely for self-cured, vapor-cured concrete and its formulations.
At the early stage of application, extremely prominent effects are shown.
As the result, the modulus and site utilization can be drastically, the procedure of vapor cure is omitted in peak-heat summer days.
Statistically 40-60 metric tons of coal will be preserved when a metric ton of the material is consumed.

B. Suitable for preparation of early-strength, high-strength, high-anti-filtration and self-sealing& pumpable concrete.

C. Widely used in pre-cast & ready-mixed concrete, armored concrete and pre-stressed reinforced concrete in key construction projects
such as dam and port construction, road building & town planning projects and dwelling erections etc...

D. Compatible with Portland cement, normal Portland cement, Portland slag cement, fly-ash cement and Portland pozzolanic cement etc...
 

Packing and Storage

1, 25kg/ bag, should prevent damage to the packaging moisture；

2, should be stored in a cool and dry place, avoid direct sunlight；

3, the shelf life of this product is 1 year, expired should be determined by the experiment；
